Option #2: Paper Application

If you are interested in completing the St. Joseph Hospital employment paper application located on our career site, please download, print and read the application thoroughly. Unfortunately due to the high volume of applications, we regret that we are unable to provide status to applicants individually.

After an offer of employment has been extended and accepted, a comprehensive background investigation will be conducted including applicable education verification, previous employment verification, felony convictions and OIG-GSA search.

Once the results are received, you will then be scheduled for the pre-placement screening. This consists of a 2 step TB skin test, immunization screening, annual influenza vaccination or declination statement and job function assessment. Proof of legal documentation to work and remain in the United States is also required.

We do offer a new graduate training program periodically which will be posted to our career site’s job listings. New graduates can apply online when the position becomes available.

St. Joseph Employees can apply for a transfer by completing the Internal Transfer Request form available on CareNet and in the Human Resources office. Employees should not contact the department where the opening exists.
